OUR TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ALL CLAIMS ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THESE TERMS OR THE SERVICE SHALL NOT EXCEED $100.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
